Where are my photos and videos?
In your Photos library. A copy also stays in Files › On My iPhone › Atticam, in case Photos can't take a format.
How do I share a photo to Atticam Online?
Turn the dial to ▶, find the shot, tap ☆ SHARE, add a caption if you like and tap Post. Changed your mind? Tap UNDO, or tap ★ PUBLIC later to make it private.
Why is my picture dark?
Some cameras behave like the originals: film cameras get dark in dim rooms, and the disposable has a fixed exposure that's made for sunshine. Try more light.
How do I restore Atticam Pro?
In the app, open MENU › ATTICAM PRO and tap Restore Purchases.
I forgot my password
On the Sign On window, type your email and tap Forgot password?. You can also sign on with a text code to your phone.
How do I delete my account?
Open your Atticam Online page and tap Delete my account at the bottom. If it asks, sign off and back on first.
Someone is bothering me
Open their page and tap Block. You can also tap Report on a member, a snap or a comment and we'll take a look.
